1. What This Website Is
Littleton Residents Directory is a private reference to public rolls, record indexes, and historical directory collections connected with Littleton and Colorado. It links to sources but does not host government records and is not an office, court, library, or records custodian.

These terms are governed by Colorado law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Colorado's public-records framework is the Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. §§24-72-200.1 through 205, with criminal-justice records addressed separately under C.R.S. §§24-72-301 through 309. The Colorado Privacy Act, C.R.S. §6-1-1301 et seq., may apply to qualifying personal-data processing by covered controllers.
12. Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
